At By-The-Bay-BISTRO we like to combine both of our passions: handcrafted coffees and freshly baked European style pastries and breads. 

The name By-The-Bay BISTRO is a combination of the French word “Bistro” and the wonderful location on the bay between Osprey and Casey Key. 

The definition of bistro or bistrot /ˈbiːstroʊ/, is, in its original Parisian incarnation, a small restaurant, serving freshly made simple meals and drinks in a marketplace style setting.
